Shipping policy

At Noor's Vault, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy is governed by applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of [₹100], calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

UNDELIVERED, DELAYED, OR LOST ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [support email] with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. Noor's Vault is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery, at our discretion.
